Hi everyone!

Hope all is well. Today I will talk about music.

I don’t have a favorite singer or band, but frequently, I listen to chilean singer Gepe. His real name is Daniel Riveros, he is 38 years old and he has a baritone voice. His musical career began in 2001 in the dúo “Taller Dejao” to later continued as soloist. Presently he has six albums, in which he presents different types of pop, such as acoustic pop, indie pop, pop with bases of electronica, or with influences of andean music in the case of his pop folk. His variety is what I like about his music, also his lyrics are sensitive and with the tracks transmit me many sensations, some of them are tranquility, melancholy, love and joy, among others. In addition, his music generate me a good work environment. My favorites songs of Gepe are “Calle Cima” especially its acoustic version, “Tupenaesmipena” and “Bomba Chaya”, each one is very different from the others, but that’s what makes me enjoy them differently.

Interesting fact: the name “Gepe” hasn’t a reason apparent, simply the singer took the word and eventually made sense. 

In particular, my favorites music genres are rock, pop and electro swing because I like catchy rhythms with a strong beat, they makes me dance.

In general I don’t pay much attention to the lyrics of the songs, but if I listen the rhythm of a song and I like it, I will save the song in my playlist.
