Blog 3: My favorite piece of technology

Hi everyone, today I Will talk about my favorite  piece of technology, it’s my cellphone, this came into my life 2 years ago for my 17th birthday. I use it mainly to comunicate with my Friends via WhatsApp or Instagram and also I use it to watch videos and listen music via Youtube, I don’t have music nor others applications  in my cellphone, in addition I use it to store photos and videos , so memory system often crashes.

I use my cellphone every day but not all the time, even so I consider myself dependent.

Ilike my cellphone because it is practical, it conects me with my Friends and I enjoy watching  youtube videos. Thus my life would be so sad without it, especially now in quarantine.

If my cell phone stopped working it would hurt to lose contact with my best friend, she lives in Mexico, I just met her more than a year ago through this cellphone, this is another reason why I have an important affection for this cell phone.

Crazy fact: My twin sister and I have the same cellphone model, they are like twin cellphones.

Blog 2: Why did you choose this career?

Hi everyone! Today, I Will talk about why I chose the career that I’m studying right now.

When I was a child, I dreamed about being a dancer, a ballet dancer specifically, but never I practiced or learned about it.

When I was younger I learned to draw thanks to my older brother, so when I was in high School I thought about studying art, but many people opposed this, then I talked with my older brother and I came to the conclusion that I would study illustration, even if I wanted something else, I personally feel that I am good at representing ideas through drawings, which is why I finally decided to study design, also this career was offered to me by a state university, that’s what I was looking for.

My experience at university has been good. The first few weeks I thought I chose the wrong career but with time I realized that this is what I was looking for and I really enjoy it, besides I met many people and I made very good friends.

Finally I would like to work designing characters for video games or animated series or movies and then do my own projects such as comics and notebooks.
